Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower, support, and elevate cybersecurity professionals, including Chief Information Security Officers and cybersecurity leaders through professional accreditation, standardization of cybersecurity responsibilities, alignment with a code of professional conduct, career development, advocacy, and community engagement. By providing actionable resources, cultivating leadership competencies, and building a robust community of cybersecurity professionals, we aim to elevate the cybersecurity leader as a respected and officially accredited business partner.

Our Purpose and Our Promise

We are dedicated to advancing the role of the Chief Information Security Officers (CISO) and cybersecurity leaders through rigorous professional standards as embodied in our Code of Professional Conduct, our path to CISO Accreditation, and comprehensive benefits for our members, including mentoring, coaching, professional development, continued learning, resources for well-being and CISO-specific professional liability insurance.

Established by the Cyber Future Foundation (CFF), the PAC is an independent, not-for-profit organization for CISOs by CISOs.
