Highlighted Benefits

Code of Professional Conduct

As a member of the PAC you will need to abide by the Code of Professional Conduct. The Code of Professional Conduct  was put in place to provide guidance and rules to all members in the performance of their professional responsibilities.

CISO Professional Liability Insurance

Recognizing that there are risks to a cybersecurity leader’s personal assets that result from the need to ensure skilled legal representation in response to multiple situations, including subpoenas for federal investigations, investor actions, federal or state congressional testimony and more, the PAC has partnered with IOA USA, and AIG as underwriters, to create a CISO-focused professional liability insurance program. This program may supplement existing D&O or Indemnification coverage provided by an employer or may act as the member’s only level of protection.

CISO PLI coverage is a benefit reserved for only PAC General Members or above.
